Installation of client on Windows 2008

I have attempted installing 10.2.0.1 client on windows 2008 server with no luck. After much research, I have found that I need version 10.2.0.4 for installation on 2008. Any ideas when that will be available??? Is it a patch version in Metalink which I do not have access to?
