installation issues with windows 32bit oracle database 11g

hello I am trying to install orcale 11g on windows 32bit vista and I am having an issue on install.

I have downloaded and unziped file 1 and file 2 from your site.

I am now getting an error : file not found 'C:\app\Alyson\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\oc4j\j2ee\oc4j_applications\applications\em.ear'

please advise
