Installation fmw_12.2.1.0.0_infrastructure.jar

I am trying to install fmw_12.2.1.0.0_infrastructure.jar but getting error

already I had installed Java build 1.8.0_65 , kindly see below details .

C:\sanjay>java -version
java version "1.8.0_65"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_65-b17)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.65-b01, mixed mode)

C:\sanjay>java -jar fmw_12.2.1.0.0_infrastructure.jar
Launcher log file is C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\2\OraInstall2015-
12-21_12-54-35PM\launcher2015-12-21_12-54-35PM.log.
