Installation error on Solaris 8

I am using a pc with P233 MMX processor and 128 MB of RAM , SIS 6215c VGA card & 10.2 gb seagate HDD.
While I am trying to install Solaris 8 ( Intel ) (4/01) it shows the following error :

ERROR : SUPPLEMENTAL DRIVER RAM FILE
R : MACH : FOPEN FAILED
R : NAM2MAJ : FOPEN FAILED
ERROR : OUT OF MEMORY.
THE ROOT FILESYSTEM IS NOT MOUNTED AND THE CONFIGURATION ASSISTANT HAS EXITED PREMATURELY. BOOTING IS UNLIKELY TO SUCCEED . CTRL-ALT-DEL MAY BE USED TO RESET MACHINE

FAILOVER TO BOOT INTERPRETER - TYPE CTRL-D TO RESUME BOOT.

The installation aborts even when I press ctrl-d.

Please help.
