Install Wallet Manager

Hi all,

I am trying to create a webservice application (though WSDL) and as someone told me in this forum i had to install oracle database & apex in my machine, right?

I did it but I installed Oracle Database XE 11g and Apex and apparently XE does not include 'Wallet Manager' so I try to install Oracle Database Standard Edition but I cant, when I write database info (step 4/8 of the wizard) and I click 'Next', automaticaly the windows get closed and the instalation doesnt finish.
