install sqlldr utility

Hello All,
I am using Pentaho ETL to dump data in Oracle database. Pentaho has a option to use sqlldr for bulk insert.
I would like to install sqlldr on Pentaho Windows/ Unix server.

Can I install sqlldr utility on this own without Oracle client.

I have installed oracle 10g express client but it does not contain sqlldr utility.

My question from where can I download sqlldr utility.
