Install sql plus on client

I would like to run sql script from sql session from my windows session. I have installed SQL developer but it does not come with sqlplus
C:\Users\rashida.bastawala>sqlplus
'sqlplus' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Please can I have link to install Oracle Client on windows session.
