Install problem with NVIDIA GeForce 256 AGP

I have a Dell Dimension XPS B800 with a NVIDIA GeForce 256 AGP video card. I have not been able to get Solaris 2.8 to recognize the video card even after installing patch 109401-03. During the initial install I was able to use a basic VGA driver but after the complete software install, that doesn't even work. Any suggestions?
