Install Oracle Universal Installer 2.3.0.5

IÂ´m installing odbc driver 9.2.0.6.5, but the oracle universal installer told me, that I must the version installer 2.3.0.5.0a.
Can somebody told me, an URL to download universal installer 2.3.0.5.0a????
