Install Oracle Server VM manager

Hello im having a problem installing the manager through the hypervisor. Im new to linux can anyone help me with the install process. This is for educational purposes. My setup is Esxi and i have allocated 30gb of space to oracle server. I have mounted the Oracle VMserver manager . Thank You
