install oracle ODBC 64 bit driver

Hi all,
I have couple of clients (users) looking for ODBC 64 driver for Oracle in windows 7 64 bit. They have Oracle 10g 32 bit installed. In environment, oracle 64 bit is not compitable with some of measure software they use, so need to utilize 32 bit. But they have a software 64 bit requires to have 64 bit ODBC oracle driver (not from C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe) but from administrative tools and Data Sources (ODBC).

i had downloaded from here http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/windows/downloads/index-090165.html
under 64-bit Oracle 10g Release 2 ODAC 10.2.0.3 for Windows x64
But when i tried to run, it is giving me error message "Java(TM) 2 Platform Standard Edition binary has stopped working"

So i had download 64 bit Java 6 standard edition. no luck...same error.

Like to know how can i install ODBC 64 oracle Driver?
