Install Oracle locator

Hello All,

We are using Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.2.0 - 64bit Production.

Oracle Multimedia is not installed in our database. I want to know the steps to install Oracle Locator. Any links to the documentation would also be helpful.

Note: I did find few documentations to install oracle spatial but I just wanted to install and use Oracle locator which is a free feature.
