Install Oracle Forms 12c?

I have installed the Forms12c on Win8 64 without any problems or errors.

(WLS infrastructure, Forms installing, RCU schemas, Forms configuring, starting WLS and console Handlings.. it is nice)

But I can not see the Developer programs to start on the Windows menue.
