Install Oracle BI v. 11.1.1.3.0 -not the proper shiphome

Hello!
I'm trying to install Oracle Business Intelligence, v. 11.1.1.3.0:
I have downloaded files for Microsoft Windows x86 (32-bit). When I try to execute the setup.exe in folder D:\Oracle\Download\OracleBiEE11\bishiphome\Disk1 I get the following message:

The shiphome you are trying to install is not the proper shiphome for the current platform. The shiphome is for platform.
Try download the appropriate shiphome for current platform or contact Oracle Support.

I have tried on both Windows XP Professional Version 5.1 Service Pack3 and Windows Server 2003 Version 5.2, Service Pack2, both 32-bit, but I get the same error.

Does anyone know why?
