Install Oracle 11g with latest patches from scratch.

I am creating a new Windows 2012 VM for testing. Normally I would just copy an existing VM with a DB that I have installed 11.2.0.1 and upgraded to 11.2.0.4, but I decided I would start from scratch.

What is the easiest way to get & install the latest version of 11g with patches, then create my DB?
