Install Oracle 10g without using the Oracle Universal Installer?

We're setting up a new data center and plan to install Oracle 10g EE 10.2.0.4 on linux 64bit. I will only have ssh access to the data center at the time we'll need to install Oracle. I've looked, but can't seem to find information on installing command line and/or without running the installer. Is that possible and if so, can someone point me to documentation?
