Install Oracle 10g on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition

I have a machine with the following specs:

Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition
16GB Memory
1.2TB Storage

I heard that Oracle has a limitation of 2GB Memory Allocation for Oracle Database. Can you post steps on how to acoomplish this task?
