Install OleDB in winserver with ora server to use on iis ?

How do we install oledb drivers in a windows server 2008 machine so that IIS on that machine can use it to connect to the db ?

The server currently has 2 oracle homes (so the dbas from one home can't see other).

It has IIS, and apps using system.data.oracleclient work perfectly, but oledb wans't installed.

Everything is x64.

Oracle homes are 11g btw.
