Install ODBC Driver for 10g on Window 98

I am using Oracle 10g standard edition.

I want to install ODBC driver on a Windows 98 machine.
The Instance Client seems can only install on Win2000 or higher. But the ODBC package said the driver can install on Win 98.

How can I install the ODBC driver on Win 98 ?
