Install Latest version of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c

Hi
We want to install Latest version of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c in Linux x86-64 (64-bit) platform. From oracle website
link http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/oem/grid-control/downloads/index.html we found 12.1.0.2 is latest version.

My query is-

is 12.1.0.2 version is latest version for cloud control?
If we install 12.1.0.2, is there any update patch required to apply after install latest version?
