I've downloaded the OLE 7.x boot ISO and created a VM in VirtualBox. When the VM is started I get the Oracle Linux Install screen and any install option I choose flips to a red screen and stays there. I downloaded another copy of the ISO to ensure no issues, same thing happens.
- Install Oracle Linux = goes to blank red screen with the logos
- Test media and install Oracle Linux = goes to blank red screen with the logos
- Troubleshooting, basic graphics mode = goes to blank red screen with the logos
If I run a memory test, it runs so it would appear the ISO is not corrupted.
My laptop is running Windows 8.1, the VM Virtual Box is the most current version updated this morning.
Anyone seen this issue before? So far my searches for possible resolutions have come up empty.
