Install GC Agent on cluster host running Veritas Storage Foundation w/ RAC

I would like to Install a grid control agent on a 2 node cluster running veritas storage foundation with RAC. The cluster is controlled by vcs, does anyone know if I need to let veritas know about the agent?

Currently the RAC databases are running on a NFS shared home Ex: /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0.

I was planning on installing the Agent software to /u01/app/oracle/product/Agent10g, but I wasn't sure if Veritas would add any additional steps that I don't know about or cause any problems.
