Install Error - repomd.xml

Trying to do an install with 64-bit version.

Unable to open metadata. This may be due to a missing repodata directory. please ensure that your install tree has been correctly generated. Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: anaconda-base-200711122340.x6_64

We have re-downlaoded and reburned ISO CD's several times (each time using different hardware or burning software). Each time we get this error trying to install for an evaluation.

Anyone got a solution? Seems to be a problem with the ISO from what we can tell.
