Install ebs pre-install package solaris

Hello, I have solaris 11, and I am trying to Install this package:

pkg install oracle-ebs-server-R12-preinstall

I am following this: Doc ID 1330702.1

but I got this error:

root@ebs-np1:~# pkg install oracle-ebs-server-R12-preinstall

pkg install: The following pattern(s) did not match any allowable packages. Try

using a different matching pattern, or refreshing publisher information:

oracle-ebs-server-R12-preinstall

root@ebs-np1:~#

I already foun this package in http://pkg.oracle.com/solaris/release/en/search.shtml?token=oracle-ebs-server-R12-preinstall&action=Search

What should I do?
