Install DMP EPSON FX -2175 printer in soalris sprac

I try to configure DMP EPSON FX -2175 printer with solaris its working with the root User.

But when i try to Print through the non root user its given error. like

$ lp /etc/hosts
_default: timeout*

using Solaris Sparc 64 bit
