Install Discoverer 10g Viewer and Plus

Hi, I have on my pc an Application Server 10.1.3.1.0 version where Discoverer Administrator (10.1.2.1) and Discoverer Desktop (10.1.2.1) work perfectly.
If I want to use also Discoverer Viewer and Plus, how can I do ?
I saw from the Application Server Control that the Discoverer server is not present....

So, should I download others components (and from where) in order to have available Viewer and Plus, or I have to activate something from the Application Server ?
