install database 10g r2 on windows server 2012 r2 active directory

dear all,

i'm trying to install database 10gr2 on windows server 2012 r2 with active directory

but during installation i got this error (ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adaptor error)

and (configuration assistant failed)

anybody have any idea to sove this issue?
