Install 8I Enterprise on Win 2003 Server

Has anybody installed 8i on a Windows 2003 server? We are having a problem with the Listener. The OracleOraHome81TNSListener is started, but when we go into Net 8I configuration, we get the error message that the Listener can be found. If anybody has suggestions, please let me know.
