Install 32 bit client

Hi,
Oracle 11R2 64 bit is installed in windows 7 64bit.
I have a tool that we use, pl/sqldeveloper, this tool needs 32bit client install in the laptop so i can connect to the 64 bit oracle database.
I download Oracle Instant Client for Microsoft Windows (32-bit):

I see the folder "instantclient", where do I copy this folder? Do I need to run any of the exe files?
