Hi All,
My instance got crashed while resizing the one of datafiles.
In the alert file I got the below error:
ORA-00202: control file: '<PATH>'/control.ctl'
ORA-27091: unable to queue I/O
ORA-27072: File I/O error
Linux-x86_64 Error: 5: Input/output error
Additional information: 4
Additional information: 304
Additional information: -1
Could you please suggest the reason why it happen?
After this one of mount point went bad. Server was rebooted.
And after the starting the database again, it works fine.
I'm trying to find the cause why Instance got crashed.
Please Suggest.
