inserting image into database from Forms

Hello,

i wanna insert a image into a blob field, but that image i wanna select using a "browse" button on the form, or something like this.. is is possible? so i don't want to enter the entire path of the image file, i wanna select the image using a "Browse..." button. can you give me a small example of how to do it?

edit: i'm using Oracle 10g R2
