Inserting Data into MySql Table from JSP form

Hi all,

As Im sure you have guessed from the questions I have asked so far I am new to using JSPs and as such I am having some fairly basic issues. The problem I have at the moment is I cannot get information that a user enters in to a form on a jsp page to Insert into a MySql database. Any assistance with this would be most gratefully welcomed.
