inserting chinese characters into oracle database

Hi, Everyone,

I have a new requirement where i could enter Chinese characters into my database.

My database details are

oracle database 11.1.0.6 64 bit
my nls_characterset is we8mswin1252

I have inserted them successfully into my database but i cannot read the chinese characters. Could any one help.
