Assistance Required: Inserting Interactive Grid Data to Oracle Table

I hope this message finds you well. I am relatively new to Oracle APEX but have over a decade of experience working with Oracle Forms and Reports. Currently, I am in the process of upgrading our applications to APEX 24.1.
I have encountered a challenge that I’ve been unable to resolve for weeks. Specifically, I have an Interactive Grid that displays data retrieved from a SQL query combining multiple tables. My requirement is to update this grid’s data into an Oracle table, regardless of whether the data has been changed or remains unchanged. However, I am unsure how to achieve this.
Could you kindly provide step-by-step instructions to achieve this functionality? I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
