Insert,update or delete: Which ones more expensive?

Hey guys,

As far as the CPU hits, which ones Are more expensive and requires the most resources?

Lets says i have a table that has a column, char(30) that has 3.7 million rows.

Which one of these are the most expensive. I was doing some load testing earlier, using tkprof

For CPU hits.
