Insert the data into a table from notepad

Hi,

My oracle version is 10g.

I've a table contain 5 columns. From the below data( from notepad) i want to insert 0003,7901618382,1234567891,06/09/2013 and 11:39. I need a procedure or query. The values are seperated by space (' ') not comma(','). Your solution will be appreciate. Hope this answer will be very helpful to others.

Table structure:

SQL> desc xlink_rec;
