Insert sysdate in UTC time

Hi,

I want to insert sysdate in UTC timezone. I've my database set at UTC timezone only, but when inserting an record with sysdate, it is inserting with the current system time, but i want to insert the record with UTC time.

How can i achieve that... thanks in advance.
