Insert still running for a long time

Hi All -

We have an insert that is running forever. In this case, it began yesterday at 5 pm and still shows as running in OEM at this time. This is coming from a 3rd party application (on an Oracle database). We are in touch with their team, but progress has been slow. Please help us indentify what is causing this poor performance.

First, we are wondering if it has even done anyting. Meaning, any inserts ... or is it just waiting/reading. I do have the SQL ID, and I did run an AWR report. I can provide whatever is necessary to help understand. Please help us understand what is happening.

3rd Party Application / DB version 11.2.0.4
