Insert record Monthly between certain dates

Hi All,

Any help is much appreciated.

I would like to add records to a table monthly depending on certain dates. So I will have a start_date and end_date and I would like to add a records to a table the 1st of every month between those dates.

Can you please let me know what would be the best way to approach this and give an example of the code please.
