Insert metadata from smartview or form

Hi experts,

I have a requeriment to do.

Some users have to create some members in one dimension of my model.

For example, we have a dimension called "Projects".

That users should be to insert some metadata in that dimension but they shouldn't use web administration and neither Excel Addin Admin.

So I wondered if is possible to create members in that dimension with smartview report or something like that.
