Insert filename during data loading in apex

Hi all,

I'm in Apex 4.2.3.

I'm using the data load wizard to build a loading wizard.

The table for which the wizard is based on has a FILENAME column which is used to store the name of the uploaded file.

This is not column in the .csv file which will be uploaded. How can I get the file name inserted during the upload proces?
