Insert Blob Data into Oracle Table from Oracle Apex 5 form

Hi All,

I have to insert a picture to a oracle table and my table structure looks like this:

I have created a form on this table. When I select an image and try to create a new record it gives me "No Data Found Error" :

I am not sure what I am missing. See the settings for the File Browse:

I am new to BLOB data insert using Oracle Apex forms. Please help.
