Insert blank line in query output

user12957777Mar 20 2013 — edited Mar 20 2013
Is it possible to insert a blank row in between two rows of query output ?

In table EMP, the column ROWS is as follows:

ROWS
1
2
3
4
1
2
3
1
2
3
4
5

I want to insert a blank line after every 1

Please suggest.

Sanjay
