ins 35075 error SID is already used.

when i installing ORACLE 11G RELEAGE 2 in my laptop 64bit windows 7 operating system and give credentials to the product.Many times i change the admin password but error should be same.

It shows

[INS-35075] The specified SID is already in use.

how to solve this error while installing oracle 11g release 2 and give a solution.
