INS 20802 oracle net configuration assistant failed

i installed Oracle enterpraise linux 5.5 and then am trying to install oracle 11g R2.

when reaching the 95% it shows an error

INS- 20802 oracle net configuration assistant failed

how to resolve this?

can anyone please tell me, Is this related to hardware issue(motherboard) bcoz i installed this same setup in intel board , it was working fine. but in Asus- Model no : M5A78L-M LX , gives error.
