Oracle Client 11.2 is not installing complete on Windows 8.1 Pro 64 Bit.
Popup error before the start of installation INS-13001 Environment does not meet minimum requirements.
When i press yes , it complete its process but do not install completely. When press no it terminates.
It just installs MS ODBC Administrator and oracle ODBC Help.
