Inquiry on Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Capabilities

Hi everyone,

I’m exploring the capabilities of Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) and would appreciate insights on whether it supports the following functionalities:

  1. Interview Sessions & Data Persistence
    Can OIA store user-specific interview session data, allowing users to resume their journey at a later time from where they left off?
  2. Audit Logging
    Is it possible to capture audit logs indicating which user edited what data on each screen? Specifically, can OIA send detailed user activity information to Oracle C2M for logging purposes?
  3. User Access Routing
    Does OIA support routing users (agents or customers) to specific interview flows or screens based on their role, source system, or interaction context? This is particularly important in multi-channel environments.
  4. User Authentication & Role-Based Access
    Does OIA support secure user authentication and role-based access control to ensure that users only access data and interview flows appropriate to their roles?
  5. LGPD Compliance for Brazil (Similar to GDPR)
    LGPD compliance is mandatory across all customer-facing systems. Does OIA support the following LGPD requirements?
    • Encryption of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
    • Access Logs & Audit Trails
    • Session Management
    • User Authentication & Role-Based Access
    • Data Retention & Deletion
    • Breach Notification Protocols
