inputListOfValues Multiple Return Values

I have created inputListOfValues based on a VO and mapped with a transient attribute, see the below-enclosed screenshot

<y objective is to return the Department as well along with name (Mathew) and employee number (X234), RequestedDept is not returned although I have mapped in the above screenshot. How can I achieve the desired result?

JDeveloper version 11.1.1.9.0
