input File component

Hi,

I have used af:inputFile component for file upload where look and feel of inputFile component is looking different in different browsers.

For localization purpose, I need to get hold of text "No File Chosen" (In Chrome) or "No File Selected" (In Fire fox) which is coming besides to Browser button when we do not have file selected.
