Input fields getting auto refreshed on any action on form

Hi,

I am using Jdeveloper 12.1.3.0.0

I have created a taskflow as inline popup. I have added my data control as ADF Form on it. While adding new record, after I put values in all fields, when I try to pick date from date picker in inputDate field, or I select a value from choice list (with autoSubmit = true) some of my other fields gets refreshed and values get vanished.

like this:

Any possible solution for this please?
